Looked after well, these pieces are meant to stay with you for years.
Eden Essence faux-fur pieces are not machine washable. Washing at home will damage the fibre, flatten the pile, and void any quality claim.
Everyday Care
Air your blanket occasionally in indirect light to keep it fresh between cleans.
Shake gently to restore loft and lift the pile.
Brush along the direction of the fur with a soft, wide-tooth brush if it looks flattened.
Avoid prolonged direct sunlight, which can fade colour over time.
Store folded or loosely rolled in a clean, dry space with room to breathe — avoid airtight plastic for long periods.
Cleaning

Spills & Spot Cleaning
Attend to spills promptly — the sooner, the better the result.
Blot gently with a clean, dry white cloth. Do not rub, which mats the pile.
For a light mark, dab with a barely damp cloth and cold water only. No detergent.
Work from the outside of the mark inwards to prevent spreading.
Allow to air dry completely, away from heat, then brush the pile back up.
For anything larger than a small mark, go to a dry cleaner rather than treating it yourself.
What to Avoid
A Note on Natural Variation
Slight variations in texture, pile direction, and shade are natural characteristics of quality faux fur and a mark of how it is made — not defects. Light shedding may occur in the first few uses and settles with time.
